specializes in the delivery of high-end residential developments from inception to completion.

The consultancy was established by Ross Walker in 2016.

 

We provide development management services, technical support and assistance to our client’s by managing the entire design, procurement and construction process on behalf of our clients to realise their goals and their vision.

 

We work closely with the client to take a project from concept to completion as smoothly and efficiently as possible, whilst recognising the constraints of scope, time and budget.

 

Solon Studio Consultants source and co-ordinate the best designers, contractors, specialist tradesmen and craftsmen to deliver the specific requirements of each project.

We have knowledge and experience of working with listed buildings, new build properties, and full-scale refurbishment projects within Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge.

 

We have been involved in the development of various projects such as 3-10 Grosvenor Crescent, 6-9 Buckingham Gate, the refurbishment of several apartments at One Hyde Park and are currently delivering 60 Curzon Street in conjunction with Brockton Capital.
